We aim to dispatch all ‘in-stock’ orders within three working days. All packages are shipped by a Royal Mail or Parcelforce Tracked service – Tracked 48 for domestic packages, and International Tracked for overseas order.
Shipping rates within the UK are currently £3.95 for orders <2kg. Shipping for packages 2-5kg are charged at £7.50
International Orders (Outside the UK)
Postage rates for International orders are as follows:

Delivery time estimates for international orders are as follows:
- Western Europe: 5 – 14 days from despatch
- Rest Of World Orders: 7 – 21 days from despatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimated. Items may arrive sooner or take longer than these estimates depending on the postal processing times/customs in the country of delivery. We always endeavour to despatch in good time but we have no control over delays that may be experienced through customs.
Please note that we may not be able to deliver orders to a PO Box address.
Additional fees
International shipping is becoming increasingly complex with individual countries charging customs duties, taxes (including VAT) or import fees for items sent from overseas. Whilst your order includes payment for postal fees from the UK, these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total – i.e. you may be asked to pay customs duties, import taxes, and/or VAT before items are released for local delivery in your country.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over these customs/import fees or any delays they may cause. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any extra shipping charges, any items being returned by the courier due to non-payment of those fees, packages being lost or damaged in transit. The customer agrees that by placing an international order they are aware of these risks. For all international orders we strongly advise that you check with your local customs office before importing anything into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied.
