Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but in the event that you wish to return an item, please follow the procedure below:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Due to hygiene restrictions, returns are only accepted for faulty items.
- Send an e-mail with the subject ‘Return request’. Please include the item name and order number in the email.
- Pack your parcel carefully with sufficient padding to reduce the risk of damage in transit. We may not be able to process your return if the item(s) arrived damaged.
- Make sure to include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, address, phone number and the order number in the parcel, and send the parcel to:
Quantum Botaniques, c/o Lopemede Farm, Long Crendon Rd, Thame, OX9 3SH.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you use a postal services that offers traceability and/or insurance, and obtain a receipt/proof of posting in case of disputes over delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received we will inspect the item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days and the credit applied to the original method of payment. Please note, that while we may process your refund in a timely manner, it may take much longer for the funds to reach your account.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and we will require proof of purchase.. We can only exchange items like-for-like. Please send us an email at [email protected] with details of the original order, the reason for the exchange, and the address to send the replacement item to.
